Refund Policy – Liability, Warranty and Disclaimer
| Here at AMS we understand how important return options are to the consumer. Our return policy is very simple. If you are not satisfied with the workmanship or fit of your custom fit saddle you may return it for a full refund or exchange less shipping, payment processing fees and handling within 10 days. Demo and in stock saddles work in much the same way. If you have completed a fitting, a saddle may be returned for refund or credit less shipping and payment processing, in a predetermined timeframe. In stock saddles purchased without a fitting are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
For a full refund of purchase price, we expect the saddle to be in excellent condition, we also understand that to properly try or test ride the saddle you have to go out and ride it. As long as the saddle shows no signs of misuse or abuse there will be no penalty or a restocking fee. A full refund, minus shipping, will follow after return of the saddle in resalable condition. It is really very simple, when your return a saddle, return it in the condition you would like to receive a saddle if you were making a purchase! If a saddle is returned dirty (mud, sweat, dust, horse hair) a cleaning fee may apply. Dealers return policies supersede the above return policy. Any custom saddle ordered with out going thru the “Fit To Be Seen Form ” process will be non returnable . All custom changes added by customer will not be returnable or refundable. Custom Tack is non returnable.

Allegany Mountain Saddlery INC, (the Company) warrants its saddles and tack to the original purchaser to be free of defects in workmanship for 1 (1) year from
the date of original (first) sale. The Saddle Tree carries a 5 year warranty by Steele Saddle Tree. Whether a product is defective is determined solely by the
Company. Freight to return a product to the company for defective determination, is borne by the purchaser. Freight to return the product to the purchaser is
borne by the company, in the continental USA only. The company will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any item found by the Company to be defective, for
use as intended, after return to, and examination by, the company. The sole remedy under the warranty, or any implied warranty, will be limited to the
replacement of the defective part. This LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY does not cover incidental damages or consequential damages caused by use, abuse,
accident, or neglect caused by any person, animal, or thing(s). Functional alteration of any kind, by the purchaser or other person(s), to the product specifically
voids this warranty.
Any Equestrian sport has inherent risks. Due to the nature of the type of products we sell, Allegany Mountain Trail Saddles will not be held
responsible for the use or misuse of our products. The customer is responsible for thoroughly inspecting each item for safety and soundness before use.
